This is the basic registration and you'll only provide the most relevant information about your bike. When you're finished with this first step, we'll ask you optional details that can help identifying your bike.
Usually you'll put the bike brand, model and year. If you don't know these information, put your own brief description. Examples: Specialized Expedition 2009 Green Trek Mountain Bike, 21 speed My green Trek bike
This is to make it easier to identify your bike or accessory by brand. Examples: Specialized Scott Giant
Having the serial number will highly increase chances of recovering your lost bike, as the Police can easily identify it. Usually it's printed on the bottom of the frame, next to the pedals.
Please tell us a little more. Where was it stolen, when, and how?
If you know the exact postcode of the location, let us know. That makes it easier to identify the exact location on a map.
Tell us the location where your bike was. Try to be as accurate as possible, if you don't know the street name or the postcode (field above), you can describe something like "Next McDonald's in Leicester Square".
Not too much to say here. Just let us know in which city you had your bike stolen.
This is the date which you think you had your bike stolen. If you don't remember the exact date, no problems, tell us an approximate date and it should be fine.
Where exactly did you leave your bike? How was it locked? Did you see any suspects? Any extra details will help us trying to figure out how your bike was stolen and make it easier to find it.
